1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trex IPTV ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing trex-iptv.ca or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Service Description

Trex IPTV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service delivering live TV channels and video-on-demand content over your internet connection. Our service includes:

  • 50,000+ live TV channels from Canada, USA, and international regions
  • 160,000+ video-on-demand titles (movies, series, documentaries)
  • Electronic Program Guide (EPG)
  • 24/7 technical support via WhatsApp, email
  • Reseller panel access (for reseller plans)

Trex IPTV is a content delivery platform. We do not host, produce, or own the content streamed — we act solely as a conduit for streams sourced from various providers.

3. Eligibility

To use Trex IPTV, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your province
  • Have legal capacity to enter binding contracts
  • Provide accurate information during order
  • Comply with all applicable Canadian laws and local regulations

4. Account & Access

4.1 Credentials

Upon subscribing, you receive login credentials (Xtream Codes, M3U URL). You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining credential confidentiality
  • All activities under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access

4.2 Device Limits

Standard subscriptions allow single-device access. Multi-device access (2, 3 or 4 simultaneous devices) is available via WhatsApp at custom pricing.

4.3 Sharing Prohibited

🚫 No Sharing: Sharing, reselling, or distributing credentials is strictly prohibited (unless you have a reseller subscription). Violators face immediate termination without refund.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Current pricing is on our pricing page. Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise and subject to change. Active subscriptions honor the price at purchase time.

5.2 Payment Methods

  • Payment required upfront before activation
  • We accept Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, credit/debit cards, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT)
  • All payments processed securely via third-party providers
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless specified

5.3 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by our Refund Policy. We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee for qualifying situations.

5.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team is a breach of these Terms and results in permanent account termination.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Trex IPTV only for lawful, personal purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Canadian law and your province's regulations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT:

  • 🚫 Use the service in commercial establishments without a commercial license
  • 🚫 Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack or exploit our systems
  • 🚫 Use bots, scripts or automated tools
  • 🚫 Engage in fraudulent payment activities
  • 🚫 Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
  • 🚫 Interfere with other users' access
  • 🚫 Attempt to circumvent device limits or access controls
⚠️ Enforcement: Violations result in account suspension or termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

The Trex IPTV brand, logos, website design and related materials are the exclusive property of Trex IPTV. You may not use, copy or reproduce without written permission.

8.2 Third-Party Content

All television programs, movies, series and other streamed content belong to their respective copyright holders. Trex IPTV does not claim rights to streamed content.

9. Disclaimers

⚠️ "AS IS" BASIS: Trex IPTV is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted, error-free service
  • Specific channels always available (lineup may change)
  • Compatibility with all devices or ISPs
  • Specific streaming quality (depends on your connection)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Trex IPTV shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill
  • Damages from service interruptions
  • Third-party actions or content
  • Any amount exceeding fees you paid in the past 12 months

11. Termination

11.1 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.

11.2 By You

You may cancel anytime by contacting us. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except per our Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Trex IPTV operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Step 1: Good-faith negotiation via WhatsApp or email
  • Step 2: Mediation through a mutually agreed third party
  • Step 3: Binding arbitration in Canada

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our control: natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, content provider changes.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms anytime. Updated Terms appear on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
